Harvey is one of the co-owners of the new record label PELA base home Pensacola, FL. and Los Angeles, CA. Harvey became interested in music When he attended high school in Detroit, Michigan. When Harvey graduated From Hamtramck High during his high school years. In the motor city of Motown Sound, Harvey was able to meet the Four Tops and the Temptation. Harvey went to summer school with Diana Ross, prior to graduation.
The Vietnam War interrupted Harvey’s recording industry plans. After he served his country, he came back to Pensacola, still remaining in contact with music on a local level. Harvey is also a part of two National Campaign entitle “Lets Put Our Guns Away,” directed to the victims of gun violence & family’s around the USA, “Hero in Our Eyes” is directed to the USA Military around the world.
